Why Choose the Beyond the Boys’ Club Career Development Programme for Executive Women to enhance your diversity agenda?
When it comes to looking at what it takes to succeed as a woman working in a male dominated field, Suzanne Doyle-Morris PhD literally wrote the book! She brings academic research from her PhD at the University of Cambridge into the experiences of women in male dominated fields together with her real life coaching experiences and insightful interviews with senior women in a range of organisations.
Suzanne is author of Beyond The Boys Club and the founder of Doyle Morris Coaching & Development. She is an international executive coach specialising in developing female top talent, accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She has impeccable credentials and is one of the world's leading experts on gender equality & diversity in the workplace and career progression for executive women.
Each participant of the Programme is given a choice of team coaches with whom they will work once a month to embed the learning and design action plans. All team coaches are International Coach Federation accredited, to ensure a level of professionalism and adherence to training, ethical and supervision standards not practiced across the industry as a whole.
A virtual development programme has also been created for employers who would like to offer career development opportunities tailored for their female employees, but are not large enough to host their own series of events internally. Call 01333 451 848 or e-mail suzanne@doylemorris.com to discuss how this programme could work for the talented women in your organisation.
