Beyond the Boys’ Club Boot Camp
Boot Camp starts on January 8 and March 12, 2010
The Beyond the Boys’ Club Boot Camp is a fast-track career development programme for high potential professional females which combines one to one executive coaching for women with mentoring masterclasses. The 6 week Beyond the Boys’ Club Boot Camp has been designed for busy women who are ready to take their career to the next level, through a real-life application of the strategies detailed in the book “Beyond the Boys’ Club - Strategies for Achieving Career Success as a Woman Working in a Male Dominated Field.”
The fast-track mentoring masterclasses and executive coaching programmes is delivered weekly and alternates each week between:
· Three one hour mentoring masterclasses on Fridays at 1pm UK time on the six core principles of Beyond the Boy’s Club.
· Three individual 50 minute executive telephone coaching sessions on alternate Fridays at at time during the working day to suit you.
· Career planning exercises in between sessions to implement the learning.
The Beyond the Boys’ Club 6 Boot Camp offers a fast track route to heightened career planning and success and with a minimum time away from work. You can benefit from the real-time course wherever you are in the world and on a time frame that suits you - you don’t even have to take time off from work in order to participate. Groups will be limited to 8 women to ensure personal treatment. And if you happen to miss a group mentoring masterclass? They will all be recorded so you can listen at a time to suit you.

Beyond the Boys’ Club Boot Camp was designed by Suzanne Doyle-Morris, PhD who wrote the “Beyond the Boys’ Club: Strategies for Achieving Career Success as a Woman Working in a Male Dominated Field.” She brings academic research from her PhD at the University of Cambridge into the experiences of women in male dominated fields together with her real life coaching experiences and insightful interviews with senior women in a range of organisations. Dr. Doyle Morris has been featured in publications including The Sunday Times, Sunday Telegraph and Cosmopolitan and contributes a column for the industry journal “Coaching at Work”.
Dr Doyle-Morris has worked with women at organisations including Microsoft, Clifford Chance, Barclays Wealth, Coca Cola Hellenic, Cisco, UBS, University of Cambridge, Hewlett Packard, BP, the Sanger Institute, SABMiller, Marshall Aerospace and Trinity College, Dublin. She is founder of Doyle Morris Coaching & Development and is an international executive coach specialising in developing female top talent, accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

Boot Camp One: Fridays at 1pm UK time on January 8, 15, 22, 29, February 5 and 12
Boot Camp Two: Fridays (at a time of your your choosing) on March 12, 19, 26, April 2, 9 16
There will be a chance to network and get together with other Boot Camp members during the course of the programme and additional coaching will be made available after the course for a special Boot Camp members rate.
